Prosser Lake
 Located off Highway 89 North, the subdivision is adjacent to the Alder Creek entrance to Tahoe Donner®. It's a quiet area with plenty of trees and snow. This neighborhood is located very close to Prosser Reservoir where fishing, water sports and other outdoor recreational activities are very popular. There typically aren't many properties for sale being that it is mostly full time family residences.
The homes are served by natural gas and septic systems, leaving many lots unbuildable because they are not conducive to septic tanks. There is no active homeowners association or dues.
Prosser Lake Acreage and Pannonia Ranchos are located off Prosser Dam Road with a minimum of 2-acre parcels and up to 20 acres. They are desirable areas because there is lots of sun, access to Forestry Land, they are zoned for horses, in a low snow load and are a close proximity to town.
Prosser Lake Heights and Sugar Pine Estates are a minimum of 1-acre parcels and offer privacy and seclusion.
Russell Valley is an area located north on Highway 89. It is a remote community on the valley floor in a serene and peaceful setting. It is approximately 10 miles east of Highway 89 and the road out to the valley was finally paved a few years ago. There are many large acreage parcels that are served by septic and wells.
