Career Summary

Experience 1998 to Present - Dickson Senior Consultant Commercial Group

Fred has been involved in industrial real estate transactions since 1990. Prior to joining Dickson Commercial Group in 1998, he worked with Hale Day Gallagher Company in Reno, Nevada.

Fred is a native of Northern Nevada and made a successful career change in 1990 to the field of industrial real estate.

In nine years he has become one of the leading industrial specialist in this area. A partial list of companies represented includes: AMB properties, Airborne Express, Berendson Fluid power, Bowater Paper, Bridgestone/Firestone, Dayco Products, Henry Schein, Lockheed Martin, McKesson Corporation, Miller-Heiman, National Seal, Owen Distribution, Purina Mills, RR Donnelly, Sierra Pacific Power, S-B Power Tools, Swire Pacific Holdings/Coca Cola, Utah State Retirement Systems, & Valco Logistics.

Experience 1990-1998 - Sales Associate Hale Day Gallagher Company

Fred has worked primarily as a landlord/tenant representative handling several large multi-tenant industrial properties during his tenure with Hale Day Gallagher Co., in Reno, Nevada.

Experience 1975-1990 - Owner Fallon Sporting Goods

Fred gained valuable business experience as an owner of Fallon Sporting Goods, Fallon, Nevada. This retail establishment specialized in the sale of sporting goods and team apparel to local and regional clientele. He represented companies such as Russell Athletic, Nike, Converse, Tachikara, in the sale of sporting goods to High Schools and Universities throughout the Western United States.

Education

Fred earned his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Emphasis of study was in Math and Science.

Fred is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). To better serve clients, he has continued to pursue additional education through the Urban Land Institute, Commercial Investment Real Estate Council (CCIM), and SIOR. He also volunteers his time at Bishop Manogue High School in Reno and is very active in supporting the University of Nevada Reno Alumni Association.

He enjoys spending time with his family, riding motorcycles, hunting and sport shooting.
